Meet the creators and directors of PillionPooch, Stu and Janell Clarke. With a shared love for adventure and motorcycling, their skills and experiences complement each other, forming a dynamic partnership.
Stu Clarke brings a wealth of experience as an accomplished adventurer and motorcycle rider. Having travelled to over 100 countries, Stu has embarked on countless adventures with his furry companions, inspiring others to explore the world alongside their pets. His academic background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Degree in Nuclear Physics, and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours. Stu's previous role as an Engineer in the Australian Navy has instilled in him a meticulous approach and attention to detail. Nowadays, he channels his expertise into adventure travel and empowering fellow riders to embark on their own unforgettable journeys with their dogs.
Janell, an avid animal lover and skilled off-roader, brings a fearless and can-do attitude to the Pillion Pooch team. As a full-time adventure rider, she approaches each day with unwavering determination and a passion for conquering any challenge that comes her way. Her background as a Civil Engineer complements her adventurous spirit, providing her with a unique skill set to tackle any situation. Janell's unwavering commitment to helping others shines through in her prioritisation of the well-being and safety of both riders and their beloved pets.
