Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Orders are generally processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery (see table below).
Customs clearance costs will be charged to the customer by the courier prior to delivery.
Any item with Pre-Order in the title is an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.
An item showing as available on Backorder is an item which is now out of stock but where an order for new stock has been placed. An estimated delivery date for when these items will be restocked will be provided.
When you pre-order or backorder an item from Pillion Pooch it is reserved exclusively for you. All such orders require full payment at the time the order is placed. If the customer wishes to change or cancel their order before shipment, we will refund the full amount paid.
Pre-orders and backorders will be shipped in the order that they are placed, i.e. first come first served.
Please note that we have limited control over when a supplier items arrives, but instead offer an estimated worse case. This is due to our manufacturers production schedules and sometimes the item may arrive some weeks before or after. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer and provide a full refund, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
